The Startups

MIUWI

We believe that we can radically change the ownership of property throughout New Zealand and other major countries through co-ownership. We believe we can bring financial security to the current and future generations. We believe in co-ownership.

With homeownership levels at all-time lows, residential mortgage debt tipping 265B and historically low-interest rates, we need to think differently, we need to think collaboratively.By providing a secure online platform, like-minded people can create listings and engage with each other to co-own a property. Whether it’s inviting your friends, family or matching with a friend you haven’t met yet, Miuwi makes it simple. We provide a secure platform and strong professional partnerships to enable a one-stop-shop for purchasers offering mortgage, insurance, legal, co-ownership agreements and utility services at no cost.
